Okeanos Construction is a mountain-coastal, full service construction and property management company based in Malibu, CA and Aspen, CO. We have built and managed homes and commercial properties across the United States from Malibu to Miami, working in major cities, small towns and rural areas. We have been building custom residences, commercial projects, environmentally friendly buildings, and remodeling homes for over 30 years. Principal, Steve Leu, has founded multiple construction companies. He is an expert in both commercial and residential building with an emphasis on healthy buildings. Steve is personally involved in every project.
