Okin Facility Romania

We have been a leading supplier of integrated facility management in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) since 1993. We provide our services in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and Poland. In these countries we successfully manage facilities with more than 6 million m2 of floor space. As part of integrated facility management, we provide building management and maintenance, inspections, security services, reception, helpdesk, comprehensive cleaning services and green maintenance. We continuously innovate our services and offer our clients unique know-how, which among other things also draws on our membership in the international alliance European Customer Synergy. ECS operates in 41 European countries. We deliver and monitor a wide range of services using innovative software programs and IOT tools. We develop these "gadgets" in-house and tailor them ourselves. We have our own HelpDesk system that enables constant communication with our clients. In the area of technical administration, we have developed our own application DRIVE, which allows continuous monitoring of all technical activities taking place throughout the company.
