Oldach Associates, LLC. has been established in Puerto Rico for over 60 years. Founded by Mr. John Oldach as a Manufacturer’s Representative and later purchased by our CEO, Giancarlo Brito. As it stands today, Oldach represents one of the largest HVAC parts and equipment distributors in Puerto Rico, whose ownership falls between partners Giancarlo Brito and Felix Campos, residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration. Corporate Headquarters are located in the Metropolitan Area of San Juan Puerto Rico at Las Palmas Industrial Park in Cataño, focusing its efforts in distribution of residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, industrial cooling, ventilation, water treatment, replacement parts, installation materials, and air & water filtration. Some of the brands that Oldach represents include Midea, MDV, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Armstrong, Comfort Breeze, Allied, Ducane, Danfoss Russell, Loren Cook, Evapco, Tuttle & Bailey, Pottorf, Anemostat, Tek-Air, FHP, Reznor, Multistack and many more, depending on the market/territory. Building infrastructure sums over square meters divided between office, warehouse, and showroom spaces distributed in thirteen buildings strategically located throughout Puerto Rico, St. Thomas (USVI), Orlando & Kissimmee FL, USA, and Panama. Two main divisions lead the sales efforts at Oldach: The Residential & Light Commercial Group and the Commercial & Industrial Group. Both divisions have vast experienced personnel and resources to attend customer needs in the HVAC industry. Oldach Associates, LLC. has been very successful marketing and selling the Midea ductless products for the past seven years, especially the VRF systems. And with this success, during recent years, we began marketing and selling larger Applied Commercial products from Midea like Air-Cooled Chillers, Air Handlers, Centrifugal and Screw Chillers. In 2016, Oldach’s export division: Oldach Trading, LLC, was formed to market and distribute the complete Midea & MDV brands product line in the Caribbean, Central America, Colombia and Ecuador. Our goal is to eventually open sales offices in several of these market regions to better meet the needs these markets have.
