Founded by Tom Olden in 2014 we specialise in General Practice Valuation, Compulsory Purchase, and Leasehold Enfranchisement surveying. Working across London and the South East, we are regulated by the RICS. We have over 15 years experience in lease extension and commercial and residential valuations. Our aim is to provide clear, expert guidance to our clients in order to help them understand what can otherwise be complex areas of surveying.
