Professional rugby league club based in Oldham and one of the sport’s most famous names. The Roughyeds are three-time winners of the Challenge Cup, rugby league’s most iconic competition. Led by managing director Mike Ford and chairman Bill Quinn, this great club is now reawakening for an exciting future after years in the wilderness. Under the guidance of head coach Sean Long, one of British rugby league’s greatest ever players, Oldham won the League 1 title in 2024 to gain promotion back to the Championship. The dream is Super League, but more than that our shared ambition is to reconnect with our community, re-energise our fanbase, and drive Oldham forward harnessing the power of sport.
