At Oldivai Capital, we believe that to develop health in communities, those providing critical services need the opportunity to live in the community where they work. They are the faces of the missing middle. The families earning 80-120% of area median income (AMI) who often are unable to find local attainable housing. Our mission is to develop workforce housing solutions that are well located for local employers, environmentally responsible, financially attainable for working families, and cultivate the human experience for communities. Oldivai accelerates infill redevelopment of multifamily homes close to large employers in growing communities. We leverage modular construction techniques and highly efficient templated design to drive affordability at scale while remaining focused on the human experience.
