Oleastra is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted by mechanical processes only, without addition of water or use of heat, which allows the preservation of its nutrititive qualities, sensory attributes as well as its organoleptic properties. In our family estate, nestled in the ancient Roman province Utica, we process our olives immediately after picking in order to obtain a high quality extra virgin olive oil. We handpick and select each olive to offer you a premium extra virgin olive oil obtained direcly from the fruit of our olive trees and solely by traditional method and mechanical means. Oleastra is a « superfood », rich in natural antioxidants thanks to its high phenols. In accordance with a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet, it reduced cholesterol in the blood and the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
