Olinka significa “el lugar del movimiento” en náhuatl y también se traduce como “donde surge el movimiento”. El restaurante abrió sus puertas el 10 de enero del 2020. En él, Nadia y Emiliano, buscaban lograr una sensación de calidez y generar todo una experiencia gastronómica. Procuramos intervenir lo menos posible los productos para que los ingredientes brillen por sí solos, por su calidad y preserven su sabor original.
