INNER - As a Yoga practice i help my clients reconnect with their INNER through meditation, breading practice and yoga. BODY - As a Doctor in Alternative Medicine, Personal Trainer & Nutritionist in Sport and Food Coach I give Nutrition & Fitness Plan to Maximise Results based on their goals. As an Image Consultant & Personal Trainer I help my clients to improve their image for different events or to achieve certain goals. How through mind, inner, body to gain/ retake control?
