Oliveira Cotta is a Campinas–São Paulo based company, specialised in commercial, industrial and multipurpose buildings, for over 26 years now. The practice is led by two founding partners, providing high quality design. With more than projects, our work follows the principles of mutual respect in relationships and commitments, acting responsibly with the budget constraints and showing consideration for our clients’ investments. Industrial projects such as laboratories, factories and data centres play a vital role in Oliveira Cotta’s history. We work with a multidisciplinary team with over 30 years of experience in this field, offering engineering services together with architectural design. Environmental and social aspects are at the heart of the company’s design process. We work closely with our clients throughout the process to bring our sensitiveness and awareness into their perspective and to understand their needs extensively, which are the main drive behind our design.
