Oliver Davis Homes specialise in the development of high quality conversions and new build developments in Kent, delivering properties that our new owners are proud to call home. Following the completion of 16 apartments in Folkestone, we are currently underway with a new development in the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable. Known as the 'Oystergate Apartments', this selection of 15 high quality homes will be completed in October 2018. Plans for later in 2018 include the commencement of a larger development of 48 apartments, and we are actively seeking new development opportunities across Kent.
