Om Fairy is dedicated to helping people discover how to develop a personal yoga practice that meets their needs in the present moment. Owner Courtney Krishnamurthy has practiced yoga for nearly 20 years and in that time she has tapped into its variety of benefits, from building strength and flexibility to reducing stress and increasing focus. Om Fairy offers personalized yoga instruction in the San Jose/SF Bay area with a focus towards developing a personal practice. For those not in the Bay area, offers articles with insight into developing a personal practice, tips on working into asanas, meditation techniques, and more. Courtney Krishnamurthy, RYT500, has experience with a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Sivananda, Iyengar, Kundalini, and Aerial yoga. She utilizes her knowledge of these styles to home in on the right combination of movement and breath work to help people achieve their goals. She's worked with a variety of people: from seniors to teens, from those recovering from injury to cancer survivors, from athletes looking to improve their game to adults looking to improve their strength and flexibility.
