Om Reset® is a live-stream yoga and meditation studio. What sets us apart from other virtual studios is that we are solely a live-stream platform with real-time classes. We offer an in-studio experience from the comfort of your home or workplace. Classes are held throughout the day in time zones across the world. Why live stream instead of video recordings? What if you could experience the structured serenity of a meditation or yoga class within the comfort of your own space and under the LIVE guidance of a teacher who can be completely present with you at the moment? Do you know how it works? You look at our online meditation and yoga classes schedule, seamlessly book and pay for the course you want to participate in, and then you’re directed on how to join the live video meeting. Once inside the class, you will see the teacher in their home or studio in real-time, and you can see the other students in the class if they choose to participate with their cameras on. This optional privacy feature goes for you as well! It’s entirely up to you whether you’d like to be seen, and either way, you still get all the benefits of a live class! It’s an entirely personal experience. The ability to openly communicate with your teacher means that no matter where you are in your practice, you can be met right where you are and receive the most beneficial experience. Whether you need clarication, advice, or wish to share a thought about the experience, your instructor is there for you. You can have an element of social interaction tailored to your comfort level. Having a sense of shared community could be improved from pre-recorded videos.
