We sell around 80 wonderful wines from our shop. The choice of our wines goes through a strict selection during several winetastings. This method allows us to measure all aspects of the wine. Expensive and fancy names are not necessarily good wines. We want our public to have full confidence in our choices, therefore the strict selection. What are the steps to allow a wine into our catalog? • Research in several Italian wine guides La guida del Gambero Rosso, Luca Maroni, Veronelli • visit the websites • Contact the winery for information • visit, tastings and tour at the company in Italy, with clear agreements on distribution and exclusivity • 2nd Tasting in The Netherlands with experienced and non experienced wine drinkers. • selection,based on tasting votes, label and price. Of course we also travel to Italy and fairs in a sort of "discovery" tour. We love that aspect of he business, to discover small gems in off road locations!
