شرکت فراپردازان آروند امید (امیدپی)، با هدف ارائه خدمات پرداخت در سال 1379 تاسیس شد. در سال 1384 موفق به اخذ مجوز بهعنوان موسسه ارائهدهنده خدمات پرداختPSP (Payment Services Provider) از بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران گردید. در سال 1391 و با تأسیس شرکت شاپرک از سوی بانک مرکزی، به عنوان یکی از نخستین شرکت های فعال در حوزه پرداخت موفق به دریافت مجوز فعالیت شد. امیدپی با استفاده از سیستم های نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری ویژه، خدماتی از قبیل پایانه های فروش (POS)، درگاه پرداخت اینترنتی (IPG)، پرداخت موبایلی(Application)، اتصال به نرم افزارهای فروشگاهی، ترازو دیجیتال و. را با استفاده از علم، دانش و فناوری روز دنیا ارائه می دهد.
