Omira Property Group

The Omira Feeling Omira Property Group was established in 2005 by Alasdair Baker to build homes that people simply love to live in. Our development philosophy has evolved, now grounded in human-centred design and thoughtful planning around how people aspire to live their daily lives. From the moment you wake up to when you rest, Omira homes are built to create harmony in life. They are designed to bring out the best in people and their families, allowing space, flexibility, and a balanced lifestyle, all within premium and meticulously selected locations within Australia. Inspired by their natural surroundings and built with the environment in mind, our bespoke properties fit seamlessly within the communities they reside in, adding value to the surrounding area and ensuring a healthy long term position in the market. The result is a remarkable, holistic and sustainable investment. Because with Omira, you’re not just investing in a property, but a lifestyle right on your doorstep. Our journey starts and ends with relationships with our buyers, our investors, our collaborators and our communities. The genuine care for the people along each step of our journey is what makes each Omira property shine. When you walk into one of our homes, you can’t help but feel the care and the joy, laughter and treasured moments waiting to be had. The lasting impression, well, it’s a feeling.
