Omni Med Uganda

Omni Med is a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening community health in Mukono District, Uganda. Through evidence-based programs, we train Village Health Teams (VHTs), support clean water initiatives, and partner with local leaders to address the most pressing health challenges in rural communities. We host students, volunteers, and researchers from around the world who work alongside our Ugandan staff to contribute to sustainable, community-driven impact. Our approach centers on long-term partnerships, capacity building, and ensuring local ownership of every intervention. Together, we’re working to expand access to care, empower communities, and build systems that improve health for generations.
