We are a company that provides consultancy for hotels in the area of Revenue Management. Our main services are: • Full Management (Revenue Manager in outsourcing) Daily monitoring of the performance, group requests evaluation, weekly reporting and meeting, management of OTA distribution channels, forecast, budget and any other revenue-related activity. • Revenue Management Support Two-times a week monitoring of hotel performance and strategy, weekly reporting and meeting. • Project We manage and/or provide advice about Revenue on any project, such as: o Hotel opening / full refurbishing o Restructuration of RM deparment o Rooms reclassification o Repositioning o Implementation of new PMS/CRS/RM system • Training We organize and conduct training sessions on Revenue for hotel staff, as well as universities. We are based in Spain and Italy.
