OMNIA is a company founded in 1989 and our focus is the development of leadership and teams, operations and organization. Our consulting services are described on the website The company is owned and operated by the consultants and all senior consultants are self-management experience. OMNIA has conducted a long series of actions in organizational and leadership development program. We also carry many efforts to develop management teams and provide support and coaching of individual managers. A majority of our customers are in the public sector but also in the private sector. Enterprise customers are primarily knowledge and look service companies. We currently have agreements with some 25 clients.
