Our dream is to take the tastes and flavors of Naija to the world OmoAlata PepperMix (The Product) is a blend of farm fresh peppers (atarodo), red bell pepper (tatashe), tomatoes and onions It has been parboiled and frozen to ensure the shortest cooking time for consumers. Ultimately, OmoAlata Pepper Mix is designed to reduce the effort required to cook a local Nigerian meal. OmoAlata pepper mix has been parboiled hence the cooking time is shorter than freshly blended pepper.
