ONLINE M&A is a new information service for M&A professionals. The Company works around a simple concept, an Internet-based Deal Book of blind profiles for access by professional investors – company sales, private equity and venture capital, block share sales, buy searches, project finance and bridge finance. Its visually appealing interactive Deal Book is cross-referenced by offer type, country or region, sector, and transaction size and is internally searchable. Opportunities contained in the Deal Book are provided directly by M&A professionals, and direct contact information for the contributing company is provided for follow-up by investors that use the site. The Deal Book is being first built with Russian and European opportunities but, as the name implies, it is intended to become global. Current market conditions require that strategic and financial investors look more broadly for synergies with their own mission and goals.
