As the Director of On Point Coaching I have over 10 years’ experience designing and implementing organisational development programs focusing on transformational change, leadership and improving workplace culture and wellbeing across the public and private sectors. My values as a coach include building trust, creating collaboration, and using evidence based and solutions focused approaches that capitalise on strengths. I bring a unique blend of energy and creativity to each project, aiming to encourage solutions that align human development and flourishing with organisational performance. To ensure high quality coaching interventions I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, methodologies and validated tools that expose my clients to cutting edge research, theory and applied practice from the fields of coaching psychology, positive, organisational and sports psychology, the behavioural social sciences, business and leadership literature and adult education. Using these scientifically proven approaches means any work we partner in, has the highest possible chance of success.
