Meet Nic Griffith, Director and Lead Advisor at On-Point Property Group. After growing up and completing both high school and university in Perth, Nic dabbled in the Army Reserves and decided to embark on a career as an Army Officer where he spent the next 15 years serving both domestically and abroad on multiple Operational Tours. Whilst earning a great salary, living his dream, travelling the world and helping other people, Nic also started investing in property (in 2002) and has since established a substantial portfolio which he's always looking to grow! During this time, Nic was able to gain invaluable experience including what mistakes to look out for (having made a few early on) and how to fast track his portfolio – but most importantly, how to do this safely whilst mitigating risk. Nic’s investments were so successful that once he was ready to retire from the Defence force, he was able to make the transition from full-time army officer to a full-time investor, trainer and business owner. He now thrives on teaching and helping other people, utilizing both the positive and negative experiences that he has encountered on his journey so that he can assist others to build and solidify their own significant property portfolio and secure their own financial futures.
