On Point Reps

On Point Reps was founded in 2012 as a development partner for J&M Technologies. In partnership with J&M we developed the Electronic Rep Assist program (ERA). In an effort to enhance the ERA program as a training tool for sales reps we developed the Quick Tip Video Training Program. As the video library expanded we decided to make the Quick Tips Training program available outside of the ERA program and developed the website Additionally in 2013 On Point Reps began a partnership with bestselling author Dave Kahle, making The Sales Resource Center® part of the On Point Reps product offering. It is our goal to provide vendor neutral product training programs to help Jan/San distributors develop the skill set of new sales reps, and sales support staff. Quick Tips, The Sales Resource Center®, and ERA, are a complete product offering that will provide you with the arsenal to keep your staff On Point.
