On The Bus Llc

The name, On The Bus™, comes from the book Good to Great, in which Jim Collins mentions having the right people in the right seat on the bus. There is of course also the Grateful Dead line to the song The Other One, “The bus came by and I go on and that’s where it all began.” I got on that bus in 1983. On The Bus™ was originally created to assist business owners open sales opportunities. Since our inception, we have evolved into so much more. We’ve worked with 100s of companies offering world-class sales training, coaching & consulting. Our Sales Training classes are not limited to one school of thought. We have a routine schedule with an interactive curriculum discussing real-life situations.
