On the CUSP is an independent, female-led business that delivers sexual violence awareness and respectful relationship consulting and training for the workplace. To help organisations foster respectful relationships we deliver practical, accessible and engaging training. Our evidence-based workshops use pro-active primary prevention strategies to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Education and best practise helps to eliminate sexual harassment and assault at work - and beyond. Everyone deserves to feel safe at work; this is achievable through awareness and education. We specialise in hospitality, the arts and corporate training, tailoring each workshop to fit the unique needs of your organisation.
