Our carefully curated themed Tasting Flights showcase the breadth and depth the region is known for. Take your tasting experience to the next level via our signature Food & Wine Pairing Tasting, or simply relax on the deck or expansive lawn overlooking the lake with a glass of wine and locally-sourced, gourmet finger foods. Once, pronounced ‘AWN-say’, means ‘eleven’ in Spanish, which happens to be the number of lakes that form the Finger Lakes region.
