The company, which was founded by Hasan Oncuoglu in 1963, is directed by Enis Oncuoglu with his partner Engin Oncuoglu since 1996. The company has 63 years of experience in architectural design and planning with specialists, based in Ankara. Istanbul, Dubai, Tashkent and London are among the locations of the company's branch offices. Öncüoglu Architect’s main specialization area is developed in the design of mixed-use, retail, office, residential, tourism and hospitality projects, many of which received international awards. Architectural design, master planning, urban design, interior architecture, landscape architecture, and site supervision are among the primary services provided.
