As an individual consultant or collectively by drawing on the expertise of my partners in the start-up and tech scene, I help and advise startups and established companies along the value chain in food, health and technology areas on strategy, digitization, venture building, business models, statistical learning to successfully master and overcome their challenges. I also help my clients not only to draw projects on paper but to realize proof of concepts, minimal viable products and validate customer needs. I mostly use approaches from lean startup, design thinking as well as some methods of scrum and agile development.
