Think about being on a trip and making a 'one degree' shift in your route - this small shift has you ending up in a fundamentally different place. We will help you find the path to new understanding, healing and change. One Degree Therapy supports individuals with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger and emotion regulation, parenting, work life balance, self-worth / confidence and life transitions. One Degree Therapy specializes in supporting family members of loved ones with complex mental health concerns. Parents and partners can benefit from building new skills to more effectively manage complicated and confusing behaviours, relationship dynamics and burnout. One Degree Therapy offers a 12-week family education and skills development group designed for family members who support a loved one living with emotion dysregulation or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
