One Degree helps organisations understand leadership behaviour under pressure before defaulting to training or coaching. We specialise in leadership behaviour diagnostics and behavioural advisory work. DISC and SDI are used where appropriate and only with proper context. We work mainly with Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering organisations, typically between 250 and people, where repeated people issues, inconsistent accountability, or ineffective leadership spend are creating risk. We are not a leadership training provider by default. We do not sell one size fits all programmes. Our work is diagnostic first. We slow things down, understand what is actually happening, and then decide whether intervention is needed at all.
