One For One Chicago

One For One Chicago is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster transformative connections that help youth navigate a positive path forward. One For One is dedicated to empowering at-risk youth on Chicago’s West Side through workforce development programs that foster economic mobility, financial independence, and long-term career success. For over 17 years, we have served youth ages 16 to 24, providing skill-building, mentorship, career exploration, financial literacy and paid internships with local employers that offer livable wages. Our model addresses systemic disinvestment by equipping young people with the resources, networks, and support they need to break generational cycles of poverty and violence.
