This service offering is focussed on understanding and integrating the objectives of various project stakeholders and applying a centralised management service to align various professional service providers and effectively address critical aspects to meet client needs. The Company focuses on understanding its client’s nature, objectives and requirements and integrating these with those of other project stakeholders such as financiers, Government departments and authorities and the community benefiting from the project. One G’s management philosophy, as the name denotes, is to align projects’ various service providers’ inputs and functions into a centralised, single grouping of efforts.
