One Gender

One Gender is a gender equality advocate organisation in Cameroon founded by Kogge Lewise Enang. The organisation's gender equality strategy is based on three wheels (a) research,(b) evidence based policy recommendations and community-driven solutions to promote gender equality and prevent Gender Based Violence (GBV), gender discrimination and gender stereotype. As our gender equality strategy, we carryout research on GBV, gender inequality and gender discrimination in schools, rural and urban communities. This is done through primary and secondary data collection on gender inequality, gender discrimination, gender stereotype and GBV in schools, rural and urban communities which we analyse to identify the complexities of the various forms of gender discriminations, emerging trends and policy gaps. These bottom line assessments enable us produce policy briefings and inform our communities to promote gender equality.
