One Ounce Coffee Training Center

1oZ Training Center began operations in 2021 with the purpose of training unemployed youth. Although we had limited skills in coffee treatment, we were certain that these skills could have a greater influence on society. We began with five students, but who could have predicted that in only two years we would have trained over 200 students? We've seen our impact in lowering youth unemployment rates, and because of the high-demand skills we provide, 60% of graduates find work within two months of graduation, and some even sooner. 10% started their own business and are now contributing to reducing youth unemployment in Rwanda.
