Accountability Labs are a tool to stop, think, write down our goals and share them on a regular basis. Labs take an hour a month – an appointment with yourself to work at your goals in the most time-efficient and brain-effective way as possible. Many of us are consultants, entrepreneurs and freelancers who feel a sense of isolation. Our brain works better when we connect it to other brains. One Small Nudge is a mechanism to provide you with support and an objective-driven forum linked to similarly self-driven, success-orientated brains. The main purpose of the Lab is to encourage action by holding each individual member accountable to set goals. The Lab is individually action-orientated.
