One Stop Physiotherapy

One Stop Physiotherapy first began as a small mobile clinic in Warrington early 2019. The main aim of One Stop Physiotherapy was to take the experience from over 10 years Physiotherapy experience in both the NHS Physiotherapy and its emphasis on exercise and movement in progression of individuals health, and also the experience within private sector physiotherapy and its emphasis on hands on techniques and other holistic techniques to provide the best patient care and experience. In late 2019 we swapped the mobile clinic for our new base at Urban School of Gymnastics in Warrington and have continued to grow substantially. We have treated a variety of Musculoskeletal conditions ranging from spinal and postural problems to ankle problems and have gained a very favourable reputation within our local community. We believe that communication with patients and understanding more regarding themselves, their routine and how the physical problems they may have are impacting their lives is the best form of physiotherapy as it allows us to devise and utilise a more patient centred approach to their rehab. When looking at statistics for sickness and absence at work, or the prevalence of disabilities within the community, Musculoskeletal problems take up a very large chunk of this demographic. This has also actually been seen to increase considerably during the pandemic with home working and also other reasons such as the impact of the virus on the muscles of the body. As musculoskeletal specialists we believe that our impact on the workforce and the influence we are able to bring to this demographic is not only important but crucial to the health and wellbeing of the community. We aspire to organise health and wellbeing schemes within the workplace of many local businesses and hope as this approach increases amongst the local community we would be able to make a substantial improvement to lives within Warrington.
