Sustainable manufacturing Since 2013, OTSB has taken a proactive role in spearheading Malaysia’s green interior solutions to tackle the alarming increase in global deforestation and construction waste production. The company has founded numerous sustainable brands including Harith Green Carpenter (HGC)(furniture made from reclaimed wood and upcycled metal), Dapo (kitchenware range made from sustainable and eco-friendly materials) and JORD (furniture made exclusively from Malaysian-produced bamboo planks). Company achievements In 2011, the company was selected as one of the 30 pioneering companies under the ‘The High Performing Bumiputera Company’ (TERAS). In 2012, the company was awarded the SME Corp Enterprise 50 (E50) Award. In 2015, One-Tech was among 50 companies selected under the ‘Best Exporter Program’. The company also has experience in ISO Management and Lean Management systems. In 2017, it was recognised as a Top 10 LEAN SME company in Malaysia by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
