One Two Three Sushi offers over one million combinations for sushi. Guests are invited to create their own roll by picking the ingredients while the chefs put it all together. Traditional rolls, rice bowls, ramen, and steamed buns are also available to order. Since opening the first location in 2013, four more have opened in Minnesota and one in Alabama.
