Helping clients release old negative patterns and develop new ways of being. Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reiki, Hypnosis and Shamanism to discover and re-pattern beliefs that no longer serve. Kindling old desires or finding new ones to fill the void left during the healing. Example: Old Pattern: Client will never forgive parents for nightmarish upbringing. New understanding: Refusing to forgive another is like holding a hot charcoal in your hand and expecting it to burn someone else. Re-Pattern understanding: Forgiving is releasing energy that can then be used to move forward on either a long held or newly formed desire.
