Being a Namibian owned upstart company, we have managed to draw likeminded individuals that dare to challenge, innovate, improve and ultimately streamline the way we design, supervise and manage construction projects. Established in June 2019, we aim to apply advancements in the electronics and computing sectors to remove redundancies and duplication, increase productivity and present cost-effective and sustainable engineering solutions. We are registered with ACEN (Association of Consulting Engineers in Namibia) and our individuals are registered with ECN (Engineering Council of Namibia) and ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) thereby ensuring our client’s peace of mind of our ethical practice and quality services. Our team comprises of passionate freelance engineers (civil, electrical, electronics) from all over the world. We have a range of talent from students (mentorship) to experienced engineers (in excess of fifteen years’ of experience) with extensive knowledge of their respective disciplines. We challenge the conventional hierarchical structure adopted by many firms through the synergy of open collaboration not restricted to ridged conformity as this approach provides greater access to unlimited talented human capital. Through such collaborations we achieve a dynamic flow of knowledge and teamwork enabling flexibility, efficient processes and eased distribution of information and implementation of multi-disciplinary projects of various complexities.
