OnePgr was founded by Rajiv Saxena to help bring the speed, simplicity, spontaneity, and effectiveness of short,"hallway conversations" to online interactions by providing an instant-on, always available context for the conversation. Rajiv has more than 18 years of experience in Enterprise Software & SaaS. Before founding OnePgr, at Cisco-WebEx, he was responsible for the Line of Business Applications for Training, Events, and Support. Earlier in his career, he served as a Product Manager at Microsoft and Siebel Systems and founded a venture-backed start-up, Ettache.com, and led it through an acquisition. Rajiv holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS from the University of Maryland.
