Onetreck is building the next generation of autonomous medical systems for missions on Earth and in space, ensuring that no human is left without care when support collapses. Born in the French Alps and accelerated from the national AI excellence cluster (MIAI, UGA, CNRS), we are fully industry-driven and design sovereign, resilient clinical intelligence capable of operating in the world’s most degraded environments. Our flagship system, Manta Voyager, is a TRL 5–6 ultra-compact edge-AI medical module that delivers real-time, clinician-level guidance without connectivity. Entirely on-device. No cloud. No tracking. No dependency. Onetreck is supported by leading scientific, defense, space, and hardware institutions including CNES, DGA, AID, and NVIDIA. The company is laureate of BPI France (BFTE), MedInTechs, the French Tech HIIT Program, the CLARA R2B Prize, and is accelerated by ESA BIC in Aerospace Valley. Tested with university hospitals such as AP-HP Paris and already deployed in demanding field evaluations, our system is engineered for extreme robustness. Onetreck is also preparing for orbital mission integration, supporting next-generation space-medical autonomy.
