OneWISH: Women & Inclusion in Safety & Health A Global Coalition of Women in Safety & Health networks exists to influence a more diverse, equal and inclusive profession. Members are existing Global Health & Safety networks with the collective, wisdom, strength and influence to create a fairer, healthier and safer world of work. They may be global corporations who share our values and employ internal Health & Safety professionals. These companies have committed to creating an internal group to represent women and underrepresented people; and commit to supporting them into leadership roles.#OneWISH - to forge positive, productive links between these networks around the world, in individual countries, regionally, and multi-national companies. We bring together prominent leaders, inclusion pioneers, influencers at the forefront of new thinking on health and safety to create a knowledge bank greater than the sum of its parts. We are mainly led by women as an underrepresented group in the profession to nurture feminine traits within our sector alongside male colleagues with the same ambition. Everyone is welcome to events which are universally open to all. Networks remain autonomous & locally administrated. Individuals should seek out the networks which best represent their sector or personal interests. Values: The coalition will be- • Product free, supported by volunteers & members • Authentic, respectful inclusive, supportive • #StrongerTogether • Collectively and personal responsible for own standards of integrity • Positive, starting from a position of “Yes” Aims: • Create opportunities for sharing work and thought leadership • Promote creativity, innovation, future thinking • Promote access to coaching & mentoring via members, • Advance the science and application of health & safety from academia to industry • Share experiences of overcoming challenges • Help develop networks to boost diversity, inclusion and equality • Combine our skills & knowledge as ONE
