Onextm is a Human Resource consulting brand under PT Executive Talent Management located in Jakarta, Indonesia and Olympia, Washington, United States. It has evolved from a business development entity to a human capital company starting 2018 with focus on talent acquisition followed by learning & development during Covid pandemic. The pandemic amplifies the unmet need of aligning individual and corporate goals as a precursor to leaders' stronger and fulfilling career growth, particularly in the area of soft skills. Onextm provides services in executive search and coaching that is delivered using International Coaching Federation, USA, standards. Client, both employees and corporate sponsors, are our co-partners in designing search and learning/training designs. We strongly believe only with thorough analysis on current internal and external conditions that our clients face we can implement impactful programs, both for participants and companies.
