Long-Term Stock Investment Strategies with a Few Clicks There is a huge number of financial products, tools and information on strategic long-term stock investment. However, many of them are non-transparent, expensive, complex and time consuming to evaluate. Onfintur was built to make this process handy, transparent, comprehensive and effective, so that a retail investor or a financial advisor may benefit from sample portfolios exhibiting attractive risk-return profiles. How does it work? Onfintur has built an analytic engine being capable of generating a promising sample stock portfolio from very few user inputs specifying the investment. The user can choose a so-called Easy Fintur to get a simple equally weighted portfolio or an Advanced Fintur to retrieve a Markowitz-optimized portfolio. In both cases, the user starts specifying the amount he or she wants to invest as well as the investment's target currency. Then, the system suggests appropriate stock indices (e.g. DAX, Dow Jones, etc.) as well as investment strategies (e.g. Momentum or O'Higgins). After the user has selected these parameters, the Easy FinTur's algorithm calculates an equally weighted sample stock portfolio. The investment strategy may be regarded as a filter picking the appropriate stocks out of the index. The Advanced Fintur is based on a very similar concept. Additionally, the user needs to specify his preferred risk level and in turn he/she will get an optimized portfolio. After a year's period, the user can simply redo the same procedure on Onfintur's website allowing him/her rebalancing his/her portfolio. Furthermore, Onfintur offers many other advanced features such as historical simulation (what would be the profit today, if I would have invested an amount X in strategy Y of index Z). Additionally, Onfintur allows computing the key figures and parameters (e.g. return, risk, asset sectors, index evolution) of the generated portfolios for financial analysts.
