We focus on being welcoming, empowering our clients at every level, and teaching Pilates in a way to progressively strengthen, and develop movement skills. Backed by an established and busy Physiotherapy practice, we combine Pilates + Physio to give our clients strength and freedom in their bodies. We train & transform with Pilates. Restore and rebuild with Physiotherapy. Empower & educate with evidence based research. And we lift up & encourage our clients up by being a place that is welcoming, joyful and optimistic.
