ONL1204 Ophthalmic Solution is being developed for the treatment of retinal detachment, an acute condition for which the company has been granted orphan drug designation by the FDA. In addition, the company is currently developing ONL1204 in geographic atrophy associated with age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and other acute and chronic indications.
