Online Trooper is a Filipino-owned startup company with business partners in the US aiming to connect Filipinos throughout the country with online job opportunities in the digital marketing industry - everything from administrative work to web development. Our core values of reliability, efficiency, actualization, and persistence are ingrained in the very fabric of our organization and in what we do, and we hope to build a team based off the same values. Our aim is two-pronged: we are passionate about giving driven, hard-working, and skilled Filipinos stable well-compensated remote jobs that can help transform their lives and realize their full potential; and we are dedicated to helping our business partners form sustainable and mutually beneficial working relationships with their remote employees. Both components are important in creating a smooth synchronic relationship that benefits both sides. We only partner with US-based companies who are stable and reliable, and we are working towards building partnerships with Australian and UK-based companies. We are a registered business under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
