OnOffer started out as an idea in 2006 to build an online Tender based buy & sell website that has the entire Kiwi feel, based on the Or Nearest Offer process, known by us all as OnO. So we did it! We built OnOffer, a NZ built website for Kiwis to buy and sell online for less and we did it without an Auction in sight! That’s right we are NOT an Auction site. We have some clever software and some great services or features that you’d expect from a great website. We did our research and asked online users what they liked and disliked about buying and selling online and the feedback we received has been valuable to the development of the website. Basically you offer your best tender or offer so you get as close to the sellers asking price, hence the or nearest offer. You place what you’re willing to pay for an item and stipulate how long your offer is on the table for and control this process without being pushed up by other means. We promise it won’t cost you the earth to list or sell items.
